quota additions?

There have been in the past, but I don't know about this year. Maybe someone really involved with Panhel recruitment (rho gams? leadership?) can answer.

Quota Additions are designed to ensure that every PNM who attends pref and ranks all her houses will get a bid. If you are invited to the pref round, you are on those houses' bid lists somewhere. Rank all your houses and you will get a bid, even if it puts a house over Quota, which is why they are called Quota Additions. If you do not rank all your houses, and you don't get matched with the house or houses you do rank, then you will not get a bid at all. Ranking only one or two houses DOES NOT increase your odds of getting a bid at those houses. Your rank on the bid lists determines where you will get a bid and leaving off a house or houses from your card will not affect your position on a bid list. Rank all your pref houses or you might go bidless.
