Highly doubt this is a pnm who posted this. Safety house? How f-ing sad.

I actually think this is real, and here’s why: I had the same thoughts about my choices at pref when I was a pmn (and actually, it didn’t include either house mentioned). One of the houses I had left was super popular with girls in my group and it discouraged me. I started thinking I should talk myself into a different choice. But, in the end, I took a leap of faith and I am now a member of that sorority! Moral of the story is that you should choose the sorority where you feel your heart is. If it’s meant to be, it will be. If not, you honestly can’t go wrong with any sorority on this campus. We’re lucky to have such a strong Panhellenic group.

When I rushed, I considered the same thing. It's a normal feeling when the houses you want most are popular among others in your rush group to want to add an unpopular one to be safe. Thing is, you will end up where you belong. Prefing at only 2 houses SUCKS for this reason, but it is going to work out. Don't put a sorority on there just because other people don't want it if you don't.
