What are you talking about homie. Sigma chi has been and will be a better house than theta chi at madison. And its not close. Someone's jealous they didnt get a bid (or got dropped if i think i know who wrote this

Not really. They are close together but honestly aren’t that similar. Sig chi has been traditionally the better house and is more Midwest where theta chi is more from everywhere and in my mind has been better all around these last couple of years, last semester not included because of their suspension. Both are good houses and whoever tried to start beef like this on the internet is probably too lame to be in either

sig chi has been a higher tier frat for a longer amount of time., and lots of girls love them. theta chi is known for having better looking guys and has the reputation of being a boyfriend material frat. they're equal
