SAE/DU - clear cut top houses not much more to it with the edge to SAE.
Ksig/Sig Chi - not quite as top as SAE/DU, ksig was but house is in rapid decline. Both are still great houses with a ton of guys and throw down a lot. Give the edge to ksig here but could change after fall 18
FIJI/Theta Chi/Aepi - theta chi would be up a tier if not for suspension. Fiji has been on the rise, a good rush could jump them up. Aepi has a ceiling around this as they're not associated with campus
Beta/Pike - good houses with good guys just nothing super special, Beta has the edge here
DTD/Lodge/ZBT - Can't say too much about them, both have houses on the lake but I'd say lodge is slightly better
TKE: Literal bid factory with some super creepy guys. It's a toss up between tke and 200 on a given night for most suspect house. Also they self rank the shiiiiiiit out of this site.
Other fraternities: generally super small or off campus and very lowkey.\n\n\n\n\n

SAE/DU/KSig: top 3, always will be
Sig chi/fiji: completely different houses but similar in popularity
theta chi/AEPi: theta chi would be higher but suspended and their parties suck only thing they’re good for is tailgates because they have a dope house

AXO/DG/aphi: all pretty interchangeable depending on who you ask/hangout with
Pi phi/tri delt: pi phi over tri delt could change after pc 18
chi o/axid/ theta: mix w/ completely diff frats but similar in popularity
aephi/sdt: aephi > sdt but they always seem to only be competing with each other
