was invited for spring recruitment then not?

So i was invited to a house for spring recruitment by this girl and she filled out this online google form so I guess the chapter could know about me. But then she talked to the membership head and there's too many girls invited. Should I still go? Or will there be like a list of names I have to be on? Im so confused lol what should i do?

It depends on the house, but there is most likely a list that they would like to stick to so that they know who is coming for sure. It might be awkward if you show up and they don't know who you are, so I would probably skip it

yeah I think it depends on the chapter because some will be more casual about it than others. What house was it?

Ask your friend that filled out the form for you what she thinks! Did she say there were too many girls because she didnt want you to go or was she just opening mouth and inserting foot with info she shouldnt have told you? haha But really, just be like "so when you said there were too many girls invited does that mean there wasnt actually room for me and I shouldnt go? Just want to double check." and maybe include that you are interested and didnt wanna just assume you werent supposed to go, or something. Good Luck!
