Theta and Pi Phi are overall really similar. The group of girls they attract and the type of girls they get are extremely comparable. If I had to point out differences I’d say Pi Phi’s are know for being more out going girls but Theta’s are known as being smarter. A lot of the girls between these houses are friends though because of how similar they are

that used to be the case but idk that it is any more. tri delt has passed theta. AXiD passed them this year too imo. its arguable whether or not xo is above them but they are basically fighting with bottom tier at this point.

Yes, there are differences. Of course there are. They are different organizations with different members. If there weren't differences between the sororities, rush wouldn't exist. PiPhi and Theta are both wonderful organizations, and their physical proximity to each other has NOTHING to do with the organizations themselves. All of the organizations on campus are strong and full of wonderful women, but to say they are all the same and there aren't tiers is naive, reductionist and insulting to the individuality of the organizations and their members.
