spring rush frat

i know sororities have certain quotas they have to meet so its likely many wont rusn in spring, but are frats the same way? will all the frats that rushed for fall be rushing spring too?

all on campus fraternities rush both semesters. there are no quotas. Only draw backs are smaller pledge classes and the bigger house will have no rooms for next year
