You clearly don't understand Greek life regulations. Sororities can't have alcohol on their premises. Any specific frat/sorority social held at a neutral site (ie a bar) is usually paid for equally by the organizations.

I dunno man. You'd be pretty hard pressed to find a kappa at a Pike party or a Gphi at TDX. I think sugarcoating how inclusive greek life is is a little misrepresentative. It's no SEC school but a social hierarchy does exist and is constraining

BuUut i think you are right that once people hit soph year and start going to the bars, people become friends with people in other sororities and fraternities but even then look at it. All the DU and Ksig guys hang out, Kappa and Gphi do. How many times do you see a tridelt and a dg hanging out

insta stalk the new pcs. there are definitely friends who rushed and had besties go dg/tri delt or axo/tri delt. that might be saying more about tri delts new pc than the social status spread though. but you're right i dont see like kappa hanging out with sdt and stuff.

Yeah I was being kind of annoying with my phrasing and kinda a pessimist but I am a junior so im not seeing a ton of the new members instas or anything. But tbh i feel like that says more about tridelts PC than anything else. I was just using that as a random example, you could replace it with AZD or Theta or anyone in a less "popular" house
