SAE (Mostly cool guys, fun parties)

DU/Ksig (Still top, have a very specific group of guys)

Theta Chi/Fiji (Chill guys from all over the country, trending up)

AePi/Sig Chi (Sig Chi should just go off campus so they can have fun again)

Sammy/ DTD/ Beta/ Lodge (Sammy is New york boys, Beta and delts are huge geed party spots and can be fun, lodge is cool guys but don't party much)

TDX, Psi U, Pike

Acacia, TKE

That post above is inaccurate and describes gr frats badly.

top- SAE, DU, KSig
upper mid- Theta Chi, Fiji
mid- Delt, AEPi, Sig Chi, Pike, Lodge (a lot of mid tier means they're all pretty close)
lower mid- ZBT, Beta, TKE, TDX, ALpha sig
bottom- Sammy, Beta, Acacia
