Years out of date? When has anyone ranked like this historically? These are pretty accurate PC ranks for this year

Agreed. Sometimes first impressions are really accurate. Might move AXiD above Theta though, tbh

axid should be higher than theta. they've switched places imo. otherwise, basically pretty accurate.

I actually went through rush and I’m shocked to hear that tri delt is considered even a mid tier house. Everyone in my rush group and my friend group in general was under the impression that tri delt was the worst house (besides SDT). Surprising to hear that people would even associate it as anything but bottom

I'm a senior, and I agree with you. Although they have incrementally gotten better and had a good rush (for them), I still think of them as bottom tier or, if I'm being generous, maybe lower mid-tier. I honestly think that they've run a pretty successful PR campaign on here---subtly (and sometimes not so subtly)positioning them selves as solid mid tier to upper mid tier. I think that IRL, they aren't there (yet), but their unrelenting self-promotion on here has probably made some people think of them as higher. I will say, however, that "bottom" at Wisconsin is different from the "bottom" at some other large Greek schools. Our bottom would like be lower mid-tier elsewhere. All of our sororities are fairly strong to very strong, IMO.

I dont agree. While I think tri delt will probably need a few more years of recruiting pcs like this one to be comparable to aphi/axo overall, I do think for this years pc alone they out rushed axo. Since this rank is just for pcs I think the OP is right.
