can someone explain how COB works?! how to we find out when it is, how to we contact the houses, is there a better chance of getting a house you like, etc?

Is continuous open bidding. Usually, a sorority offers a bid (not during formal recruitment) to someone whom they've rushed before or that has a good reputation among members of the house. I believe that the sorority usually contacts you, though. And, from what I've heard, no one's doing it right now.

just contact panhellenic and they can answer all your questions and pass on your info to any chapters that might do it in the future if thats waht you want. asking here is not a good or accurate way to get answers.
