cob in the past

Coming from a current senior who did COB in the past, these are the houses I know have done COB in the past:
AXO
Pi Phi
Theta
Tri Delt
SDT
AXiD
APhi
Some of these houses only took a few girls and some took whole pledge classes. Doing COB does not necessarily guarantee you a bid, and sometimes the houses may know better than you that Greek life isn't for you, which is what happened to some of my friends. It's not the end of the world if you don't get a bid.

What about GPhi? Do they COB? I've heard their rush hasn't gone super well so will they be adding girls after bid day?

Seriously doubt it. I'm in another house, but I've heard the exact opposite. In fact, it sounds like most of the houses have had a great rush. I know we have.

But can you please answer the question, will GPhi CoB? If they do, will they call back girls that they had previously cut?

no we cant "just answer the question". most houses wont know whether or not they are doing spring recruitment until the spring and we cant see into the future. If you have a bid I suggest you take it because its highly unlikely any houses are doing spring recruitment and nothing is a sure thing. If they cut you once there is a VERY high chance they'd cut you again. Why do you want to be greek? Every house can offer you that experience, you just need to decide if you want it or if being a gdi is more your thing, you just might not be cut out for greek life.

Yeah, but you never know what retention might be...I would guess that a handful of houses will do spring rush or COB
