is it dirty rushing

If I said hi and had a 1 min convo with the girl who rushed me on the way to class? I totally forgot in the moment and we didn't talk about recruitment.

Yes they arent allowed to talk to you outside of recruitment period. Who approached who though? Did you go up to her or did she come up to you? Sometimes pnms come talk to you and you cant just like.. turn around and walk away to avoid it lol Just try not to do that to actives because it puts us in awkward positions. If she came up to you though then yes its dirty rushing and shes completely in the wrong.
