Top half on point, bottom half mixed up for sure but honestly once you're bellevue Pi Phi it really doesn't matter.

This is pretty on point. I'd drop xo a tier though. I dont think they are on the same level as theta and them.

agree with moving xo down a tier. I'd also put AXiD ahead of them in that last tier. AXiD has been doing pretty well and passed them imo
