fraternity rankings going into the fall

I'm an incoming Junior and these are based on both mine and my sororities opinions.

SAE: Still the most popular, still the douchiest guys, still the best house.
KSIG: Still at the top mostly with their relationship to KKG but slowly declining in both popularity and looks.
DU: Hot guys but arrogant and still think they are number 1.
Theta Chi: Becoming more and more popular but with that comes the douchebags that in the past used to join SAE, DU, KSIG. Mix of really nice guys and total douches.
Sig Chi: Declining but still have some really cool guys that we love to hangout with. Also some real weirdos though.
FIJI: They still have their stereotypical frat/preppy boys but some of the new guys are kinda weird.
DTD: The older guys are still not as fun but the fraternity has been growing a lot and the new guys are a lot cooler. Mix of old weird guys and fun underclassmen.
AEPI: Solid group of guys who people should really give another look at. Best guys I've hung out with
PIKE: Definitely need a new house to save themselves from the decline they've been going through.
Lodge: Best House on Campus but rarely do any social stuff. Don't know anybody in the house.
TKE: Growing but still some weird guys. Hopefully the new house will help.
