sorority ranking averages of upvoted sorority ranks

Was tired of all the biased rankings SO I decided to take the averages of previous biased rankings. Only ranks including PC 20 and attempted to make it slightly less biased by only using ranks with more upvotes than down.

^This for sure. Tridelt and Axid probably self-ranked themselves enough that they showed up higher than reality.
