do sororities know which girls they want

^^ do they look at EVERYONES insta/fb or just girls that they don't know or like what they see from their recruitment registration?

My sorority knew of like 6 girls we wanted before recruitment and 2 of them were the younger sisters of girls in my sorority. We got about 60 new girls so it doesn't really make a difference.

Short answer- yes. We tend to already have a handful of picks and plenty more girls we are eyeing as we feel they'd be a good fit for our chapter based on social media, the forms pnms fill out, social connections, or location. Every chapter is of course open to being surprised and the conversations you have (however forced they seem) are wildly important! My chapter at least does not look through every single social media account, with rush sizes nearing 2000 (I believe) we just don't have the time. The best advice I can give is try to make an impression and have an open mind.
