would also put sig chi in between delt and lodge and alpha sig should get a mention with TKE and Chi phi.

top- DU, Ksig,SAE
upper mid- Fiji, Theta chi, Aepi (not classicly relevant but most people like more than an top tier)
mid- Delt, Lodge, Sig Chi (hesitant to put them here considering how much they've fallen),
lower mid- Pike, ZBT, Beta, TKE, TDX, ALpha sig
bottom- Sammy, Beta, Acacia
