sig ep at wisco?

I'm transferring to Wisco next year and I'm a member of sig ep at my current school. I'm very confused about their situation on UW's campus. Are they kicked off or what? I'm not exactly sure...

The leaders of this fraternity ran it into the ground, they were on probation for various offenses, and managed to offend the university community yet again. They have been banned for years, and cannot recover. It is a tragic situation.
