Ok, GPhi, get off this board. Kappa is and will remain number 1 for the foreseeable future.
I know when I went through rush, all the cool, hot, rich girls went there and GPhi was the back up. Plus, you always only get a third to half hot, fun, interesting girls in your pledge classes and then the other half are either annoying AF and/or total uggos.
Also, not sure why you'd think Aphi is irrelevant. They are definitely rising in popularity by my estimation.

But honestly, they are still tops, even if it's on rep alone. Its still the number 1 choice for many girls and GPhi, DG and Aphi are back ups.
No matter how nice, popular or well liked GPhi/DG are, reality is, I don't know too many girls who preffed them over Kappa if they were left with these choices.

When I talk to my guy friends (in KSig/DU/SAE), they still rate Kappa as the hottest house, and until another house can strip this title away, they will always be extremely popular with certain PNMs. It's just a fact.

Kappa isn't top anymore because you refer to yourselves as "cool, hot, rich girls." You try too hard and care too much about your rep while G Phi is actually fun to hang out with. There is a reason frats are getting sick of you.
