sophomore rerush

I had to drop after second rounds because of personal reasons but I want to rush again sophomore year. Advice? Opinions? Experiences? Will top houses drop me right away? Is it looked down upon second time around?

You'll be fine. Just go in with confidence, have fun and a positive attitude. Also, if you have friends in houses, let them know you are rushing so they can look out for you and spread the word to their sisters.

Re: top houses, I'll be honest, Kappa is a long shot, they don't take sophomores. GPhi and DG on the other hand do, usually quite a few too, and some of their choices are pretty surprising! All the other houses you won't have a problem with, they for sure take sophomores.

Going through the same thing! I hope to get into tri delta but I'm unsure about rushing as a sophomore as well. Glad there are other people going through it!

How can I tell girls I know in houses that I'm rushing without seeming like I expect them to give me a bid?
