bid process for spring rush

Just wondering how bids are announced for spring rush? Does everyone find out on the same day or do some people find out earlier?

They come to you and personally offer you a bid. Tridelta already gave most if not all of theirs out. So basically if you're rushing tridelta you already know if you're in.
