Im a transfer and was wondering if frats party in their actual house, or get satellite houses to steer clear of trouble.

It's Wisconsin, where drinking is everyone's highest priority. And people drink just about anywhere they want any time they want. P.S. If you don't like to get wasted all the time, don't come here.

Considering how the governor is gutting the UW system, it won't be long before drinking is truly the only reason to come here.
