when is COB anyways? And do you have to have gone to third round in fall rush to get invited to it?

My roommate is a gphi (I'm in a different house), and this isn't true. And, my house isn't doing spring rush either, even though there has been rumors on here that we are doing COB. People shouldn't spread rumors about things that they know nothing about. Honestly, I bet that maybe only 3-4 houses do spring, based on the official numbers of fall rush (ps don't jump down my throat if these aren't completely currently accurate, but these were the pledge #s ORIGINALLY reported to panhel (quota=55):
