Don't let rankings on here determine where you rush. Rush the sorority or fraternity that you get the strongest connection with. These are all self-rankings and intentional poor rankings for sororities and fraternities to get as much of an edge in rush as they can. It's stupid and bringing UW greek life apart instead of building a successful greek life as a whole.
