Options are limited but reach out to kids from your hs, or just walk in the langdon area, and find houses having events.

I looked on a few of the frats webpages or Facebook pages and was able to find some of the events. Go to greek life UW Madison on google, chapters, and there will be a list of all of the different frats. Some of them have a local webpage or a link to their Facebook.
