Is recruitment super formal? I was just gonna wear jeans, a t shirt, flip flops, and accessories to round 1.

Don't wear jeans, don't wear jean shorts, and don't wear flip flops unless they're a cute, classier pair. A t shirt is way too casual. Most girls go for cute romper, skirt, dress, flowy shorts and sandals on the first day
