middle tiers??

I know the top 3 are kkg gphi and dg. But what are the REAL rankings after top tier? Is AXO or APhi better?

Alpha chi omega
Alpha phi
Pi beta phi

These last 6 are debatable but my opinion is
Kappa alpha theta
Chi omega
Alpha epsilon phi
Alpha xi delta
Tri delta
Sigma delta tau
