does ig follower #/hs popularity matter during rus

So I really want to rush this coming school year but a common trend I've noticed is that girls in sororities have a tons of Instagram followers and seem to be really popular, even before they got to college. I, on the other hand, am not super popular and don't have a lot of Instagram followers (386). Do sororities take that stuff into consideration (not so much the H.S. popularity but the follower and like amounts) during rush or am I nervous for nothing? Ik this is kinda dumb but any input is appreciated...thanks

If a sorority doesn't want you based on your #of insta followers, then you wouldn't have liked being in that sorority anyway. There are so many sororities that don't look at that stuff. Even if you don't get your first few choices during recruitment, stay in and trust the process. You will find great friends in any sorority.
