top houses?

I don't know what they look for in a pnm but I can tell you a little about the boys. They are all REALLY hot. They're social and know how to party. I don't know if they win intramurals but they seem athletic. I do not notice them being really involved in philanthropy or anything but that does not affect how people see them as being top. For me and my friends, we consider them top because of how attractive they are and because of their great parties. Also they are not creepy at parties like some frat boys.

they are just a great group of dudes, they all just want to have a good time and dont really care how that happens, for sure go out more than any other house. They have the best brotherhood for sure and dont really care what anyone else thinks about them. They can be hard to get to know because they have so much fun with each other that they dont really care to meet other boys/girls but once you get to know them they are an amazing group of guys. Also very attractive which is a plus, they seem to pull alot of guys from chi area. these kids will have your back no matter what all while having an amazing time.

I would say this is mostly inaccurate lol because I know guys in other top houses that go out just as much if not more than guys in ksig. Also because they have so many guys its easy to see that their brotherhood is not as strong as other houses...this is just what I have witnessed when comparing all the frats' parties I've been to and seeing them around campus..yes they do have hot guys but not even as close as many hot guys that are in DU or SAE
