Top: Kappa
Lower Top: Gphi, DG, AXO, APhi
Middle: Pi Phi, AEPhi
Lower Middle: Theta, ChiO, DDD, AXiD
Lowest: SDT

I know it's different to have four in the second tier but they all hang out with the same frats and are mostly similar.
The order in the tiers is relevant also.

This is totally flawed and doesn't make sense. If you use the criteria of the Lower top tier hanging with the same frats thus grouping them together, then Kappa belongs with the bunch too. Reality is, Kappa/GPhi really are the most similar in terms of looks and quality of girls, popularity during rush as well as their social calendars too. Plus, they are the two houses that seem most friendly with each other.

Looks like another post by Aphi or AXO trying to claw to the top.

I disagree with you. I don't think this ranking is super flawed but I think DG is below kappa and Gphi and then AXO, then Aphi.

Top: Kappa, Gphi
Lower Top: DG, APhi
Middle: AXO, Pi Phi, AEPhi, Theta
Lower Middle:, ChiO, DDD, AXiD
