will any of the smaller frats get houses?

Everyone frat that has a rental constantly talks about how they are going to get a house on Langdon very soon into the future. Do you think phi delt or sigma pi or delta chi or any other off Langdon fraternity has a shot at getting a house and becoming a higher tier??

Of the three you listed, I only knew one of them existed on this campus.

As some of the most recent chapters added on campus I doubt those 3 in particular will soon. The biggest issue is alumni donating to the house fund, most nationals will not buy a house for their chapter, unless certain quotas are met.

I don't know about the other two but Phi Delt has money from when they sold their old house after they got kicked off campus a few years ago. They'll have a house by next year.

Sorry but no one is getting a house, look at PIKE and AEPi, yes the money is a factor but as you can see no property is available so that doesn't matter unless some other frat actually lost their house

They don't have an official house, they rent a large house split into apartments. Guys are chill though, they do pretty well for what they've got.

i was just on langdon and i saw so many for lease/rent/blah blah there. i think chapters should be able to make purchases for new houses if theyre renting right now because i think there are open spaces.
