by: QuestioningI'm going into my third year here and will still have 2 more after that because of the way my major played out. I did formal recruitment and spring recruitment last year and didn't get a bid. Do you think it would be a waste of my time to try one more time? I honestly just want to be a part of something larger than myself, and I'm afraid that girls will judge me if they know I haven't gotten bids before

Just say you dropped out because of bad timing, at that time it became clear you couldn't make a significant commitment but now you can, (make sure you say what it is if asked).
So many people go through rush even sorority members who rank pnms don't know who was cut and not cut, since it's mutual selection they will just assume you cut them, but seriously no one will care. If you don't care, have your story prepped, and are comfortable with the situation they will be too.
