really, every sorority on campus is looking for the same things:

---good personality (combo of kind, cool, funny, whatever)
---good aesthetics (you have good style and take reasonable care of yourself)
---good academics (you don't have to be a genius, but you should be reasonably book smart)
---the ability to be a good member of the organization (you contribute some of your time and talents to the sorority, are able to keep up with financial obligations and participate more often than not in social and philanthropic events)

basically, every sorority wants members that fit the above description, but individual sororities may weigh certain attributes more than others (ie academics v. personality v. looks). I would say personality is the biggest thing my house recruits on.

Just as important as specific attributes is how well you connect with the girls. They want to have genuine conversations and find girls they could be friends with.
