Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 3.0 pi phi is great and a respectable sorority to join (have socials with top frats, fairly selective during recruitment) but they are not #2 and def not above kappa. and no im not a kappa. im not in the tier of kappa or pi phi.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 3.0 They're pretty well-liked but definitely not number two. During rush this year I think they even fell behind chi-o. They have a lot of really attractive girls, but most of them cannot handle their alcohol

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 3.6 NO, PiPhi hasn't always been in the top. Look at pictures and listen to stories from the past 10 years---even 5 years. Pi Phi was always in the middle. They have gotten better and are probably #5 or maybe #4 (tied with AXO), but they are not what is classified as top tier on this campus.
