Most of the gphis I know have friends in a ton of different frats and sororities, and not just top tier ones. They are very outgoing and fun to be around. Their friendships are strong, and they go out in big groups often, not just one or two girls who are close. They have a rep on campus for being laid-back and fun.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 5.0 My fraternity hangs out a lot with the Gamma Phi's. We LOVE the GPhi women!!! Cool, classy, laid back and fun to be around and smart too. We have done philanthropy events with their house in the past. I would go so far as to say that some are wife material. :) ;)

Please note greek rank is merely a platform for mean girls and those obsessed with tiers. If you believe the majority of comments, you are doing yourself a disservice. Listen to your rho gamma's advice and forget about any stereotypes you may have formed. No one can predict which sororities you will feel a connection with, but you can go through the process keeping an open mind. If you rank houses, during rush, based on greek rank, you're rushing for the wrong reasons and can find something much better to do with the money and time.
