In other words, any where you are in life, it is up to you to put down your cell phone, and communicate directly with people and make an effort to form new friendships. It is not the job of the sorority to make friends for you. It is your job to make your own friends. If you lack basic social skills, quitting a sorority is not going to help you .

There are over 200 women in the sorority, from every background you can possibly imagine at the campus. They are involved in just about every activity on campus. How is it possible, that you could not make friends with any of the over 200 women? You might want to work on your social skills. Quitting a sorority Is not going to help you improve your social skills.

In your post, you mentioned that it might be you who is at fault. That is pretty likely, you seem to expect that other people owe you something, The world doesn’t owe you a damn thing. What did you do for the sorority? What efforts did you make? Why are you a quitter? What makes you think that other people have to be friends with you? Why don’t you go out and make friends with other people? Your post tries to pretend that you are some kind of victim, that is nonsense, you just failed to make friends. Next time, make a better effort, and don’t quit. If you quit every time you find adversity in life, you are going to have a pretty hard life, and if you wait for other people to make friends with you, you are going to have a very small circle of friends. Empower yourself, put down your cell phone, go introduce yourself to some strangers, and turn them into your friends by being a good friend to them. Stop expecting other people to do things for you, you can be better than this... And stop whining...

You are a wretched human being. Nobody has to make friends for you, you have to make your own friends. Take some accountability, take some responsibility, and start acting like an adult.

I was in this sorority and I never felt included. I tried to make friends with all the girls, but was constantly excluded. i guess it might have just been me, but I felt that if you invited someone into your sorority then you’d at least make some sort of effort to be friends with them.
