Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 1.4 Sure a lot of people are jealous of their house but that doesn't make them popular. They have a very weird group of guys that don't fit in with eachother and have some of the weakest parties on campus. All I've noticed when at their parties is that they're very cliquey and some are really creepy
