Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 1.0 They claim to be in a frat, but have no pledge process whatsoever, so its more of a club that lets everyone in. 2/3 of their house would probably get ripped apart pledging a top house like DU/Sig chi/Ksig who are known for an intense pledgeship
