Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 3.8 Their new so dont expect much of them but they got some chill kids and they can drink for sure. Id say if they get a house they could be a top tier in a few years especially bc they got money.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 3.8 These guys are a lot of fun. No house yet, but I've heard they have a ton of alumni in the area so this should happen by next year. Went to their spring formal and was pleasantly surprised. Could be set for a good PC this fall.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 3.8 They're obviously not a top fraternity they don't even have a house but I heard they might buy chi phis house which would be big. Basically it's a good group of guys but they're way too new to be like big on campus.
