Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 2.8 Had a social with these guys. Not that attractive. Kinda creepy. Didn't buy drinks, or dance. Bottom tear for sure.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 3.6 the group of them that i hang out with are such sweet guys, and cute! they're still small, but i think in a couple more years they'll be a really cool house. they need to start having more parties tho cause i always have a good time when i'm over, they play great music and they have DJs like, every other weekend it seems like?!? and they're not creepy when they drink, which is weird for frats.....

I'm worried someone will throw out their back :( But honestly, given a few years, these guys will probably be a good house again. Their location and house are all good, just not all their numbers wise/socially yet.
