Hey come on now. Don't hate on Sigma Pi. I'm not in Theta, but those guys are real gentlemen and focused on expansion after losing their house on Langdon. Don't judge anyone until you've met them! Theta on the other hand...not my favorite house.

If you haven't heard of Pi Lambda Phi, you should go out of your way find them. They don't live on Langdon, but will very soon ;). Basically, a first class, underated, fraternity.
