I can think of 2-3 pledge classes that weren't very good. Yes, almost everyone got way over quota, but that doesn't mean they were quality girls. I really think that APhi got just as good of a pledge class as XO, PiPhi or AXO. They are still middle tier/ lower middle tier, but if they have a couple more good rushes, they may move up.

not sure why they have a poor reputation. from what i've seen they are a fun, involved group of girls
