The Phi Delt house is the best chapter on campus hands down. They win every award, they have the best grades, they have a huge social budget that they throw great parties with, and they have a great relationship with sororities, especially Woods. For my money, I'd rush Phi Delt if you want to have a great time, have brothers that will last a lifetime, and have PLENTY of connections and hookups once you graduate.

All the Sig alums have been saying Sig is coming back for years. It's not happening. You can't stick a shotgun in a kids mouth and do tons of cocaine and then just waltz back onto campus.
