Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 3.7 This is a new sorority on campus. I am in an NPC at Msu and I know a bunch of girls in this org. I’ve worked side by side with them at tabling events, and they have been nothing but nice. The mean comments are probably girls who got kicked out for not paying dues or just didn’t find their niche. Don’t cross these girls off your list because of this dumb website. Meet them first. Also The Greek community worked VERY hard to get theta phi added to our campus so please respect that.

This is a new sorority on campus. I am in an NPC at Msu and I know a bunch of girls in this org. I’ve worked side by side with them at tabling events, and they have been nothing but nice. These girls don't know what they're doing, and don't care about their so called "sisters." They're already the laughing stock of Greek life, and they're not even officially chartered yet.

They haven't made their mark completely yet since they are so new and have fewer sisters than the other NPC organizations (they have yet to do primary recruitment and couldn't ask freshmen or first year transfers to be in the org due to the school's bylaws). These girls are noticeably giving their best effort to be part of the Greek community through cosponsoring events, and they are also very philanthropic. They aren't cookie cutter girls because they are the FOUNDING SISTERS to this soon to be chapter at MSU. Welcome to the Greek community girls, I hope you get chartered this Spring and good luck with your first recruitment!

The girls that were running it (who are eboard members now) are so unfriendly, and rude. The (now) president even yelled at one of the girls at an event i went to! Super rude! I was really interested in Greek life but these girls ruined it for me. They’ll be lucky if they get chartered next semester. They honestly have no idea what they’re doing and they’re all a hot mess. There are a few girls in this sorority that should be in another org because they’re too good for this one. Don’t waste your time.

Coming from someone in a NPC org, this comment is uncalled for. Theta Phi is so nice and welcoming ! I like how they do not judge a person based on their looks and personality until they get to know someone one. Yes, they are irrelevant but why leave a mean comment ? We should help build this org up instead of putting them down. It is hard establishing a sorority and I only can only imagine how much work it takes. NPC is a community therefore, leave your rude comments to yourself.
