Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 5.0 I'm in another org and Theta Phi Alpha has definitely been drastically improving and working so hard ever since being official on campus. I don't think they get recognized for how hardworking they are. They deserve more love and recognition :)

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 5.0 Inclusive, kind, good sisterhood, and they’re supportive of not just their sisters but other NPC’s. As someone in another org, it’s refreshing to see another genuine sorority that doesn’t follow the stereotypes that are made for sorority girls. I’m glad there’s now 3 NPC orgs on campus that aren’t fake and catty.

Inclusive, kind, good sisterhood, and they’re supportive of not just their sisters but other NPC’s. Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 4.2 I did not receive a bid from this org, but I did get a chance to hang out with the sisters at a few lunches and other activities around campus. All of the sisters I met were very welcoming, and seemed to be very interested in making friends, and being part of the "greek" community on campus. I think that it must be difficult for them because they are the new sorority, and they don't always know what to expect, but they are making their presence known on campus, which is pretty cool. I definitely will be going out for recruitment next semester. I hope that they don't let their success as a sorority get to their heads, and change the kind, and accepting people that they are. They seem like such a fun group of ladies, and I hope to one day be a sister of this org! :)
