Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 2.2 These girls are only looking for one thing during recruitment, and that is the most attractive girls they can find. When going through recruitment a while back I felt like all they were doing was judging my physical appearance instead of wanting to get to know me as a person. Surprising I got past day one with them but quickly realized it was not the place for me.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 3.8 During recruitment, as soon as I spoke to some of the sisters and saw them all, its quite evident that they are looking for a certain "type" more than half were blonde, and ALL of them were slender or stick thin. The sisters I spoke to did not seem to have any interest in what I was saying at all, and I spoke to several of them. I was nice and polite and had a smile on my face, but they were so snobby for no reason.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 5.0 Coming out for recruitment I wasn't sure based on these comments how I would feel about dphie but I LOVE them. Every girl I talked to was so involved and talked so highly about her sisters and friends in other organizations. I hope a get a call back so I can join this amazing sisterhood.

I am not involved in Greek life because I was afraid that people were going to talk about me how she talked about her "sisters". I understand it's difficult to get along with so many girls but everyday she was saying something rude about a different girl. She also came home everyday complaining about what she had to do for the org

the national orgs can be a little intimidating and they're dues are so expensive for no reason! i would definitely check out the local sororities at MSU if you're looking into joining Greek life!
