Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 5.0 girls are beautiful but open to new girls for recruitment. Watch out cause DPHIE has been told to be staying the #1 sorority on campus. Their girls are super trendy, smart, and beautiful. Sometimes they are known for being "just pretty" but they have so many great qualities as well. I hope to be a part of their pledge class this upcoming spring. Plus they have 3 philanthropies which makes them that much more great! they really give back to the community and I'm super excited to rush this spring.

girls are beautiful but open to new girls for recruitment. Watch out cause DPHIE has been told to be staying the #1 sorority on campus. Their girls are super trendy, smart, and beautiful. When going through recruitment a while back I felt like all they were doing was judging my physical appearance instead of wanting to get to know me as a person. Surprising I got past day one with them but quickly realized it was not the place for me.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Montclair State University - MSU 3.8 During recruitment, as soon as I spoke to some of the sisters and saw them all, its quite evident that they are looking for a certain "type" more than half were blonde, and ALL of them were slender or stick thin. The sisters I spoke to did not seem to have any interest in what I was saying at all, and I spoke to several of them. I was nice and polite and had a smile on my face, but they were so snobby for no reason.

Every girl I talked to was so involved and talked so highly about her sisters and friends in other organizations. I hope a get a call back so I can join this amazing sisterhood.
