It is a pretty nice house but it honestly goes to waste. They try to compete with other fraternities on campus but they simply can't. They seldom have any parties or really any social events and they are just straight up a disappointment.

Phi Delts are the best on campus. Great brotherhood, great philanthropy, amazing involvement, top grades AND theyre always down to rage! People think they are your typical frat stars, although they might look like it they're all really nice guys.

Where can I start... They have a very nice house, which they try to show off as much as possible on social media, and do good at sports yet they're a bunch of try hard geedy looking goobers. If you say you are interested YOU WILL GET A BID. No let exclusive at all. Ok brotherhood

Just your average middle of the line fraternity, not great but still not the worst. Their social life could use some serious work.
