They are one of the top 3 houses for sure. Its hard to get to know the guys in the house though because they tend to keep to them selves. They have been close to the top for so long they seem to have stopped trying which has left them open to be brought down very easily as soon as this year. Their house needs to make a change or things will go downhill very soon.

This house is definitely not the best right now. For a house they have a duplex down the street. However they are definitely heading in the right direction. They seem to have come a long way in the short time they have been on campus. Hoping to see good things out of them in the future but for that to happen they need to not be scraping the bottom of the barrel in recruiting.

Very fun group of guys, exceptional GPA (3.1) incline this past year, athletics are the best, charming and respectful, always a great time within the social scene, beautiful, classic house, definitely the favorite of the sororities on campus.
